Plum Gekkeikan is made with the choicest plums from the world-renowned orchard in Wakayama in central Japan. Tender and succulent, the plums are carefully hand-picked at the moment of perfect ripeness. In an aged-old tradition, they are fermented and then aged to ensure a rich, smooth flavour. Rich in mineral, citric acid and polyphenol. Elegant and authentic; a perfect reflection of the fruit.

Colour: Amber. Nose: Rose, hint of rosemary, mature woodiness, sandalwood. Palate: Honey-like sweetness, candies orange peel, white chocolate. Finish: Subtle, tender long finish, with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese Oak).

This whisky is distilled from premium rice and is aged in white oak virgin casks. Aromas of sweet butter, caramel and spice lead way to flavours of sweet butter, toasted wood, licorice, clove and cinnamon with a long finish.

A unique whisky showing enticing aromas of sweet exotic fruit, ripe pear, cherry, citrus notes and subtle floral scents. Intense sweet fruity flavours of pear and apricot nectar and caramelized papaya. Finishes sweet with bourbon vanilla.

Sadashi is a Japanese whiskey with a golden colour. The nose has a woody scent with hints of vanilla and flowers. On the palate, the fresh wooden barrel dominates with a hint of nectar, pure malt, a little citrus, oak notes, Mizunara, coffee beans. Aging occurs in in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and then delicately finished in Mizunara oak casks. Mizunara is one of the rarest and most expensive types of oak in the world, and gives a delicate touch of spicy flavour and sandalwood to this remarkable spirit.

This whisky possesses impeccable balance and harmony, a pale golden colour with subtle flavours of citrus, green apple and thyme; the palate is silky but warming and finishes with mildly sweet and saucy notes of vanilla and ginger that linger pleasantly.

Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavor, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics. This exquisite balance forms a clean, timeless blend of 3yr, 5yr & 6yr whisky.

The whisky is unique as it is cut with pure filtered desalinated ocean water. Aromas include caramel, vanilla, a touch of grain whisky, light honey, some floral and red apples. On the palate caramel, red apples, vanilla, hazelnut and a touch of chocolate.
