A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Flavour profile is intense and fresh with notes of pear and lime with hints of melon and green tea. The palate is round and smooth with a fruity finish.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

It is a wine of dark violet colour with reddish tones. In the nose it presents intense flavours of blackberry with notes of red and black currants, and plum. The mouth highlights notes of ripe plums with soft and elegant tannins. It has an excellent structure, long and persistent finish. It goes well with red meats, sauces, cheeses and pastas.

It shows berry fruit and spice notes. The mid palate gives way to flavours of raspberry, blackcurrant, mineral and toasty notes. It has a long finish with fine tannins and hints of mocha. This is a very elegant wine in style with good intensity and a nice pleasant finish.

A clear, pale yellow wine with refreshing citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime. These mix beautifully with the subtle tropical fruit aromas, especially pineapple. Balanced, fresh and fruity on the palate, its finish is long and persistent.

This Fairtrade organic wine is an elegant, intensely rich red with silky smooth black fruit flavours, as well as notes of violets, plums and cherries. On the palate this Malbec is full and long with supple, sweet tannins and a complex finish. Ideal with a juicy rump steak as well as with all other types of grilled red meats and tomato based pasta dishes.

This Cabernet-Bonarda has been selected for its juicy blackcurrant fruit supported by excellent structure that the Bonarda brings to any blend. The Bonarda grapes originate from Italy, but have been successfully transported to Argentina and are in fact used by several wineries in their red wine ranges. Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines.
