Carnivor Zinfandel is a captivating combination of full-bodied flavours and elegant spice. Bold notes of dark cherry and blackberry jam complement hints of mocha and toasted oak. Carnivore zinfandel’s rich flavours end with a plush, smooth finish.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.

The grapes are vinified traditionally, with a delicate maceration on the skins. The wine then matures for eight months in French oak barrels, followed by a further three months’ bottle ageing. The flavour is fresh and fruity, full-flavoured and appealing, with a persistent finish.

Catena Chardonnay combines the unique expressions of three high altitude vineyard sites. Shows an intense greenish colour with yellow notes. The extraordinary combination of these vineyards offer honey and tropical fruit flavours while lending notes of citrus, pears, peaches. A strong minerality and hint of vanilla.

Catena High Mountain Malbec presents a dark, violet colour with deep black tones. This microclimate blend of four unique vineyard sites offers intense aromas with a soft, generous texture and concentrated flavours.

The current blend is 85% Merlot, with 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, round and plush with a deep purple colour. Noticeable fruit notes consisting of dark plum and dark berry. Possessing an elegant and long drawn - out finish.

The warmth of vanilla and brown spice aromas in this classic Sonoma County Chardonnay are lightened with notes of creamy lemon and sweet pear. This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

The 100% Chardonnay grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. The wine was 100% stainless steel tank fermented and did not undergo malolactic conversion. The wine underwent weekly lees stirring for three weeks post ferment. The wine was not exposed to oak treatment. No fining. Subtle pineapple and lemon greet the nose; on the palate apple, citrus, lime and peach notes.

The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

This wine has a light straw yellow colour. The aroma offers scents of flowers and fruits, most of unripe apple and lemon. Fruity and moderately dry on the palate.
