Cabernet Sauvignon is a well-adapted traveler that has become the world's most planted gape variety.  From it's origins in Bordeaux as an offspring of Cabernet Franc, it has conquered the rest of the world, creating endless possibilities.  Come and see what all the hype is about as we sample a range of wines, from fresh to complex as we delve deeper beneath the skin.  A selection of small bites will be provided.
