Sheila is a Product Ambassador for Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries. Since 2000 she has traveled to numerous countries to work in and visit many wineries, distilleries and breweries. She has studied at the Academy of Bordeaux in France, is a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators as well as a Certified Adult Educator from the University of Manitoba. Sheila is a resident beverage expert on Great Tastes of Manitoba, Manitoba’s longest running cooking show. She loves sharing her passion of great products and is currently pursuing her Certified Specialist of Spirits accreditation. Sheila’s goal is to never stop learning, having fun and making the world of alcohol beverages as simple as possible for everyone to enjoy.

We are thrilled to have special guest Thibaut Quemener join us for a night of exploring the culture of French wines through sampling. Thibaut has extensive experience in the French wine industry. He has studied Business in Bordeaux, France and Frankfurt, Germany. Currently Thibaut is the Sales & Brand Manager for France, Benelux, Switzerland and the Canadian markets for Samazeuilh & Cie. As owners of three family-owned Chateauxs in Bordeaux, Samazeuilh & Cie produces over one million bottles a year, along with being negotiates for some of the most prestigious Chateauxs in France. Thibaut has a wealth of knowledge and offers us a range of products and insights into fine French wines.
