The Gladstone Axe American Oak is made from 100% malted barley. Aged and finished in American oak bourbon barrels this is a blend of 14 different Highland and Islay single malt distilleries. Rich in colour like chestnut toffee, the nose is rich and spicy with hints of vanilla and fruit. The palate is sweet, with notes of oak and vanilla spice coming through.
