It is named after Bob Dylan's famous “ Bootleg Series” of albums and it invites people to experience the art of craft whiskey on a new level. This 15 YO Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been finished in Jamaican pot still rum casks. On the nose: cornbread, cocoa nibs, tobacco leaf, and an abundance of maple syrup. The palate delivers dried apricot, and sandalwood, with a nutty richness and a finish of toasted coconut, holiday spice, and toasted oak.
