This Irish whiskey is comprised of three different whiskeys aged separately then blended. One is matured in Oloroso cask, one in ex-bourbon, and the third is aged in Bourbon cask before it is finished in Marsala cask. The blending results in ripe, dried and stewed fruit flavours with sweetness and spice.
