Baileys Red Velvet Hot Chocolate
Recipe yields 1 serving
8 oz of milk
1/2 cup of chocolate
1.5 oz of Limited Edition Baileys Red Velvet
  1. Combine chocolate and milk in pot and heat over low heat until combined
  2. Add 1.5 oz Baileys Red Velvet
  3. Top with you favourite hot chocolate garnish
  4. Enjoy

Baileys Original Irish Cream
Tiramisu Martini
Recipe yields 2 servings

3.5oz Baileys Original Irish Cream

1/2 cup strong hot coff­ee
1/4 cup chopped chocolate
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
1/2 cup lady finger biscuits
1 cup mascarpone Cocoa powder, chocolate coff­ee beans and chocolate flakes to garnish
  1. Mix the hot coff­ee with the sugar and chocolate until smooth, then leave aside to cool
  2. Blend the Baileys and biscuit crumbs with four ice cubes in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth
  3. Put the mascarpone in a bowl, add about a third of the Baileys mixture and mix together with a little balloon whisk until smooth. Fold in the rest with a spoon.
  4. Pour the coff­ee mixture into two martini cocktail glasses, then spoon over the Baileys mascarpone mix. Dust with the cocoa powder then sprinkle over co­ffee beans, chocolate flakes and curls.

Baileys Original Irish Cream S'mores
Recipe yields 2 servings
2/3 cups crumbled digestives or shortbread
2/3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup marshmallows
1/4 cup chocolate sauce
  1. Add the crumbled shortbread to the bottom of a jar. Dollop on marshmallows (as many as you like!)
  2. Heat the chocolate sauce and pour it into the jars. Probably add a bit more chocolate sauce.
  3. Sprinkle on the mini marshmallows. Bring on the Baileys – pour it over your creation. Now toast the marshmallows with the blow torch until melty and delicious.
  4. Ready…steady….dig in! Last one to finish does the washing up.

Baileys Original Irish Cream Aff­ogato
Recipe yields 2 servings
1/2 cup of espresso
1 sunken cake
Two scoops of vanilla ice cream
  1. Put two shots of espresso into a jug and pour in the Baileys. Watch it swirl!
  2. Firmly press a cookie cutter into the cake to lift out two rounded pieces. Add one piece to the bottom of two champagne saucer glasses.
  3. Add a scoop of ice cream on top of the cake in the glass.
  4. Pour the Baileys

Baileys Original Irish Cream Espresso Martini
Recipe yields 1 serving
.25 oz of Smirnoff­ No 21 Vodka
.25 oz of Espresso
  1. Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice
  2. Strain into a martini glass
  3. Enjoy
