Basil Hayden Golden Hour

Ingredients

1 part Basil Hayden® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
3/4 part Lillet® Blanc
3/4 part Aperol® Aperitif
Grapefruit peel

Method

Combine ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.
Stir thoroughly.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.



Legent Kentucky Kyushiki

Ingredients

2 parts Legent® Bourbon
1/2 part green tea simple syrup*
2–4 dashes lavender bitters
Lemon peel for garnish

Method

Stir all ingredients.
Serve on the rocks.
garnish with an expressed lemon peel.

*green tea simple syrup

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 green tea bag

Method

Put sugar, water and tea bag into saucepan over medium-high heat.
Cook until sugar is dissolved.
Squeeze tea bag and remove from syrup.
Cool before using.



Maker’s Mark Gold Rush

Ingredients

2 parts Maker's Mark® Bourbon
3/4 part honey syrup*
3/4 part fresh squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedge for garnish

*For the honey syrup

2 parts honey
1 part hot water

Method

Add Maker's Mark Bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup to an ice-filled shaker.
Give it a good shake.
Strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish with lemon wedge.
