Gin & Tequila Cocktails


1 1/2 oz Hussong's tequila
1 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 oz lemon-lime soda

Shake ingredients with ice and top off with 1 oz of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a lime!

3 oz Hornitos Reposado tequila
2 oz Meaghers Triple Sec
sugar or salt for rim
1 cup strawberries
1 kiwi, peeled
1 teaspoon cane sugar
1/8 oz lime juice
sliced strawberries & kiwis, for garnish

Spread a thin layer of salt or sugar onto a shallow plate. Run the lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and dip the glasses upside-down to rim the glass. In a blender, add the Hornitos Reposado Tequila, Triple Sec, ice, strawberries, kiwi, cane sugar and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Garnish with sliced strawberries & kiwis!
1 oz 1800 Silver tequila
dash Campari
1 oz grapefruit soda
small wedges of pineapple, grapefruit & lime for garnish
Fill a goblet or rocks glass with ice cubes. Add the tequila and a dash of Campari to give the drink a slight blush and balance the sweetness of the soda. Top off with the grapefruit soda. Skewer the fruit & stir into cocktail!


1 1/2 oz Tall Grass gin
1/2 oz liquid honey
1 oz fresh lime juice
lemon wedges & mint for garnish
Combine first three ingredients in shaker tin. Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake once more until chilled. Strain into a tall glass with ice. Fill with Soda water.

1 1/2 oz Star of Bombay gin
2 oz Martini Prosecco Extra Dry
1/2 oz sugar syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
lemon peel twist for garnish
Shake gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice briefly with cubed ice for around 10 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled, straight sided wine glass and top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon peel twist!

1 1/2 oz Ungava Canadian Premium gin
2 oz coconut water
1 1/2 oz soda
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 grapefruit wedge
1 grapefruit slice for garnish
Squeeze the grapefruit wedge into an old-fashioned glass. Add ice cubes, gin, simple syrup, coconut water and top off with soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice!
