How to Make a Cosmopolitan

This is a modern classic cocktail that follows the tried-and-true ‘sour’ template, which always includes a spirit, a citrus, and a sugar. Made famous by Carrie Bradshaw and her entourage on Sex and the City, the Cosmopolitan should be tried by everyone at least twice.

List of Ingredients

1.5 oz vodka 
 

.5 oz Cointreau 
 

.5 oz lime juice 
 

1 oz cranberry juice 
 

1 cup ice

Mixing Directions

Combine ice, vodka, lime juice, Cointreau, and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker. 

Shake until chilled. 

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
 

Garnish with an orange twist.
