How to Make a Margarita

 

1 tablespoon kosher salt 

1 1/2 oz blanco tequila 

1 oz Cointreau 

1 oz lime juice 

1 oz simple syrup 

1 cup ice 

1 lime wheel 

course salt

 

Wet the rim of your margarita glass with lime. 

Rim the glass with coarse salt. 

In your cocktail shaker, add ice, tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and simple syrup. 

Shake until chilled. 

Strain into margarita glass. 

Garnish with lime wheel.
