How to Make a Mojito

Legend has it that this summer classic saved a shipload of 16th Century British sailors from scurvy and dysentery. Play it on the safe side and make yourself a mojito.

List of Ingredients

2 oz white rum 

1/2 cup club soda 

6 - 8 fresh mint leaves 

4 - 6 small lime wedges 

1 tbsp white sugar 

1 cup ice cubes

Mixing Directions

Add small lime wedges, sugar and mint leaves to your Collins glass 

Give it a good muddle.

Add ice. 

Add white rum and top with club soda. 

Garnish with a sprig of mint.
