JOHNNIE & LEMONADE
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
5 oz Homemade lemonade
(25ml lemon • 25ml 1:1 sugar syrup • 100ml soda water)
Garnish: Lemon peel & verbena leaf garnish
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, stir and enjoy!
 

JOHNNIE & ELDERFLOWER
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
.5 oz Elderflower cordial
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Bergamot liqueur
3.5 oz Chilled soda
Garnish: Elderflower & lavender sprig garnish

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, stir and enjoy!

 

JOHNNIE & PEACH
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
4 oz Homemade peach iced tea
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Crème de Peche
Garnish: Peach fan & thyme sprig garnish

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, stir and enjoy!

 

JOHNNIE & GINGER
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black Label
.5 oz Fresh ginger juice
.5 oz Lemon juice
.5 oz Allspice syrup
1.5 oz Pressed apple
2.5 oz Chilled soda water

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass, stir and enjoy!
