RECIPES
The Ginger Grape
In a Collins glass filled with ice:
Add 4 oz ginger beer (non-alcoholic)
2 oz club soda Stir.
Garnish with a couple frozen red grapes.
Butterscotch Apple Cream
3 oz apple juice
1 scoop butterscotch swirl ice cream
Small scoop crushed ice
Blend together.
Pour into hurricane glass.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish with cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.
Refreshing Ruby
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz ruby red grapefruit cocktail
2 oz ginger ale
Dash of grenadine.
Blend with ice and serve with a pineapple garnish if desired.
Cranberry-Raspberry Smoothie
1 cup cranberry juice
8 oz vanilla yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
3 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup ice cubes
In a blender, combine all ingredients until well-blended.
Belle Bellini
2 oz peach nectar Sparkling cider
Dash of lemon juice (optional)
Chill ingredients.
Dip the rim of a champagne flute in cider and then sugar.
Pour in nectar and add cider.
Finish with a dash of fresh lemon juice if desired.
The Naked Cosmo
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add:
3 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz orange juice Juice of half a lime
Shake and strain in a martini glass.
Top with club soda (to taste).
Garnish with lime.
Berry Blush
1 cup strawberry yogurt
250 ml 2% milk
crushed ice
red licorice stick
sliced strawberry
Blend first 2 ingredients
Pour into a glass over ice
Garnish with licorice and strawberry
Garden Variety
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 celery stalk
7 oz. clamato juice
2 tsp clear honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce
4 turns fresh ground pepper
1-2 scoops of ice
