Why Not Add a Splash of Yellow

Great Wine for all.  Yellow Tail wines have been highly awarded and recognised as the ‘most loved’ by people everywhere.

Pair your favourite Yellow Tail wine with your favourite recipes.  Here are a couple recipes to try.



Pair with Yellow Tail Pure Bright Pinot Grigio


Tzatziki Sauce

  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup English cucumber, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper 

Turkey Burgers

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup scallions, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 burger rolls
  • Arugula or Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Thinly sliced cucumber

Tzatziki Sauce

  • Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, 1 tablespoon chopped dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir until well mixed; cover sauce and refrigerate until serving time.

Turkey Burgers

  • Place ground turkey in large mixing bowl. 
  • Add spinach, feta, bell pepper, onion, scallions, 2 tablespoons dill, oil, and black pepper. Mix until well blended. 
  • Form turkey mixture into 4 equal-size burgers. 
  • Grill burgers over medium heat approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165° on an instant-read thermometer. 
  • Serve burgers on rolls with cucumber slices, lettuce and tzatziki sauce.

Yield: 4 servings

Tip: Extra tzatziki sauce can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. It makes a great dip for fresh cut veggies!

  • 1 medium zucchini, shredded
    (about 1 ½ cups) 
  • 1 cup creamy unsalted almond butter
  • ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    (mini or regular)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, plus more for dusting
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee granules
    (or espresso powder)
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds, toasted 

• Preheat oven to 350°. 

• Line an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch square baking pan with foil. Lightly grease foil.

• In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except toasted almonds. Use a wooden spoon to mix the batter well.

• Spread batter in prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. 

• Cool completely; remove cake from pan and cut into squares. Dust squares lightly with cocoa powder and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
