A class may be cancelled if a minimum of 10 is not met. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses. Participants will be notified and fully reimbursed or issued a credit. A refund is available for up to five days before class(es) begin. There are no refunds or exchanges for missed classes.

Jamie Jette

Jamie has over fifteen years' experience in facilitating beverage alcohol courses and a passion for pairing wine with food. As an educator, his focus is to take the mystery out of food and wine pairing. Jamie has appeared many times on television discussing and demonstrating how to prepare and serve different alcoholic beverages. Serving a new, unique or even an old favourite with a new twist can make for a memorable experience. Jamie is continuing to upgrade his product knowledge through industry training. Jamie’s goal is to make spirits, wine and beer easy to understand and enjoy.
