How to Make a Caesar

A Canadian staple invented in Calgary, Alberta by Walter Chell. It’s like a Bloody Mary, but better because there’s clam broth! These days the cocktail is often the base for exceptionally large garnishes. Throw a burger on top of it if you like, the Caesar always tastes great.
