     Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin 
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz sparkling wine

Preparation

  • Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Strain into a champagne flute.
  • Top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
