Product Return Policy

In-store product returns temporarily suspended in the Prairie Mountain health region

Manitoba Liquor Marts has temporarily suspended in-store product returns in the Prairie Mountain health region. Please hold on to your reciept and product to be returned. Returns with proof of purchase will be honoured at a later date. Affected Liquor Marts located within the region are as follows:

  • Brandon 10th & Victoria
  • Brandon Corral
  • Brandon Liquor Mart Express
  • Brandon South
  • Dauphin
  • Killarney
  • Minnedosa
  • Neepawa
  • Roblin
  • Russell
  • Swan River
  • Virden

Although we know this may be an inconvenience to some, these times are simply not business as usual. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Effective June 8, 2020, all Liquor Marts are accepting in-store product returns once more. Please bring your item(s) to be returned along with the applicable receipt(s). Returns on purchases made between February 8 and June 8, 2020 will be honoured with proof of purchase.

For products purchased after June 8, 2020, customers may return any unopened product for refund, providing:

  • it was purchased at a Liquor Mart,
  • it is in saleable condition,
  • it is returned with the receipt, and
  • it is within 30 days of purchase.
