Flash back to the neon of the 1980's where the Pina Colada captured the essence of sun-soaked beaches.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz coconut cream
2 oz white rum
1 ½ oz pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz lime juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with crushed ice in a blender until smooth.
Pour into chilled glass.
Garnish with cherry and pineapple slice.
