A small batch, ultra-premium tequila made from hand selected 100% Blue Weber agave. To give our tequila its unique flavour and ensure the finest quality, we use traditional pot stills for distillation. The water we use is naturally filtered in our wells to ensure no change in the tequila’ s flavour profile. Aged for 7 months. Soft, slightly oaky with hints of caramel and cocoa. It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.
