SINGAPORE SLING INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 1/4 oz Cherry Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Bénédictine
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash Bitters
- Ice
- Club soda (to top)
- Pineapple and cherry garnish
PREPARATION:
Add measured ingredients to ice in cocktail shaker and shake it up. Add ice to hurricane glass or highball glass. Strain mixture over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with pineapple and cherries.
