Let's continue our journey of Cocktails by the Decade, celebrating a century of serving Manitobans, with the 1960’s famous and timeless Martini.

MARTINI INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Vodka
¼ oz dry Vermouth
1 dash orange bitters (optional)

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shaken, not stirred. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.
