This is a limited release for Brazen’s 5th Anniversary. A modern sour utilizing specialized Philly Yeast that creates the acidity in the fermenter. Philly Sour results in a very clean, crisp and moderately tart product, Mosaic and El Dorado hops ad a complex resiny berry, pineapple and mango character.

The Chimay White has a golden colour, a slightly hazy appearance and a fine head. Its aroma is the result of an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beer’s flavour comes from the smell of hops: above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that gives this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements a touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Our Infernal Fusion Machine Black Ale is a fusion of a classic Irish Dry Stout and a bold North American Stout. It has the espresso flavours of roasted malt with the bold character of Maris Otter malt. The colour is deep black and is balanced with hops enough in the darkness to bind it all together.

Our Sinister Intentions New England I.P.A. is an ale that is hazy in appearance, bursting with aromas and flavours of luscious stone fruit and tropical fruit forward hoppiness. The taste is juicy, creamy and rich without being sweet. It finishes soft and smooth and lingers dreamily on the palate.

Erdinger Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.
