The Syrah grapes used to make this rose are from a sport overlooking the lake between Penticton and OK Falls. This wine was entirely whole bunch pressed with little to no skin contact before it was gently pressed out creating a light pink color. Aromas of watermelon, rhubarb and red berries lead way to flavours of strawberry, cranberry and candied Meyer lemon.

Light pink colour with intense aromas of cherries and black currant. Elegant, fresh, fruity and balanced.

Aged 100% in stainless steel with a hint of residual sugar. Harvested by hand. Delicate pink colour. On the nose, floral notes with hints of cherry and raspberry. It is a dry wine with great acidity and refreshing strawberry palate.

Colour: Bright pink in colour. Nose: This wine exhibits fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry and plum. Palate: Refreshing acidity and a smooth finish. Recommendations: Ideal to pair with carpaccio, fresh salads, cold soups (gazpacho), lightly-spiced cuisine, risotto, paellas and fish.
