Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey uses a unique Solera System aging process to preserve some of the distillery’s oldest whiskey stocks. Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, this bourbon has a subtle aroma of fresh fruit and a taste that includes hints of dried apricot, ripe pear and a sweet roasted grain. The finish has notes of charred oak and warm winter spices.

This batch is made up of barrels from four production dates that were aged in four different warehouses. Amber in colour with aromas of oak, toasted nuts and vanilla. Balanced on the palate with a slight warmth.

Brennivin is a caraway flavoured aquavit (un-sweetened schnapps) and is the countries signature spirit. Introduced in 1935, Brennivin is made from the extraordinarily pure Icelandic water imparting it with deliciously sweet taste and a soft finish.
