Naturalis Organic Shiraz is a delicious expression of South Australia’s warm climate and rich soil displaying aromas of blackberry, plum, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with flavours of dark fruit and lifted spice supported by soft tannins and balanced acidity.

The Banrock Station Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry & sweet plum with hints of spice supported by vanilla oak. The mid palate is rich with fruit sweetness, vanilla oak & spice complexity, ultimately finishing dry & soft.

Very intense and fruity aromas with notes of forest fruit, combined with spicy notes such as pink peppercorn, bay leaf, rosemary, black truffle, and subtle aromas of roasted coffee bean imparted by ageing in French oak. This award winning Zinfandel is round and full of vigour, with a nose of baked plum, licorice and clove. It’s rustic in its balance of blackberry and toasty sage leading to a deep fruit forward finish.

An intense, violet-red, our Tributo Carmenere shows tremendous intensity on the nose as well. Opens with dark fruit aromas with a touch of spice, followed by characteristic notes of the variety, such as roasted red pepper & black pepper. Very soft & silky tannins unfold on the palate, whose vibrant acidity & tremendous volume suggest good cellaring potential.

A red wine with an intense, violet-ruby colour. The bouquet is fruity with strong plum, cherry, and mulberry notes. The aroma also has a vegetable edge of ripe red pepper, and the flavour is complex, with jams, spinach, and chocolate. Barrel aging lends this wine pleasant smoky and toast notes, bringing out its spices; texture is soft, with rounded tannins and medium body.

Carmin de Peumo is Chile's first icon Carmenere. It originates from block 32 of the Peumo Vineyard in the Cachapoal Valley. Deep, dark red colour with violet nuances. The nose is complex with mineral notes and hints of blackberries and cassis. Full, concentrated wine with a long, drawn-out finish.

Carnivor Zinfandel is a captivating combination of full-bodied flavours and elegant spice. Bold notes of dark cherry and blackberry jam complement hints of mocha and toasted oak. Carnivore zinfandel’s rich flavours end with a plush, smooth finish.

It is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Dark and deep red with violet nuances. Very elegant, complex, great character of pure Carmenere, plumy, red ripe fruit, spicy and black cherries. Great structure, mouth filling, mineral, sweet tannins, graphite, powerful as delicate, with lots of fruit giving a long finish.

This is a delicious and velvety Carmenere that is characteristic of its variety. Red fruit aromas of strawberries and raspberries combine with spicy notes. Juicy and fruity with a nicely balanced acidity.

Notes of black cherry and a hint of spice make it a great match for hearty BBQ ribs and burgers.

Garnet to light purple colour with a bouquet of plum, black cherry and licorice. Copper Moon Shiraz is a smooth, medium-bodied wine with juicy flavours of plum and cherry. A medley of ripe berries and a touch of sweet spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with chili, spicy sausage and hearty winter stews.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a plethora of fruit characters, plum, blackberry, mulberry, earth, iodine and black olive. Textural tannins that seem to persist in the mouth forever.

Ripe flavours of blackberry, blueberry and black cherry, complemented by raspberry and strawberry. Spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla add layers and allow fruits to be the star.

Deep purple-crimson, this is the epitome of full-bodied McLaren Vale shiraz, lusciously rich plum fruit encased in dark chocolate, and a sensual mouthfeel - all of which combine to obscure the alcohol, reducing it to an irrelevant number.

Ruby red with vermillion tints. Aromas of small red fruits, blackberry and floral violet notes. Intensely aromatic, powerful but full of finesse. Supple with balance between the finesse of the aromas and an explosive richness due to the concentration of the wine. Greatly expressive of the terroir.

Dark and deep colour. Aroma of red fruits, specifically cherries and strawberries along with delicate oak aromas. Flavourable with notes of blackcurrant and vanilla. Remarkable freshness with notable and refined tannins as a result of oak aging.

Intense red ruby colour and purple highlights. Spicy, with notes of black pepper, paprika, black and red ripe fruit, fringed by rosemary, dill, clove, and cinnamon. Roasted red pepper, figs and a hint of blackberries.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The Carmenere grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

The Zinfandel offers texture and body plus an exotic perfume of Marion berries, cherry liqueur and anise. Sweet, juicy impressions of plums and mixed berries mingle with notes of chocolate and nutmeg. You’ll also detect a hint of sandalwood.

Satisfying sensations of black cherries, plums and currants. Finessed by mid-palate nuances of roasted red peppers and black liquorice with trailing tones of mocha and melted dark chocolate in a smooth, seductive finish.

The Dragon’s Blood Shiraz has delightful aromas of red currants and berries with intriguing earthy and spicy notes. It is a rich and full-bodied wine finishing with elegant tannins.

Our Old Vine Zinfandel has a gnarly core of rich, dark berry flavours with layers of spice, plum, pepper and vanilla balanced by light hint of toasted oak. Break out a bottle Gnarly Old Vine Zin and pair with BBQ pork ribs, Mom’s favourite Chilli or steak fajitas.

This wine boasts flavours ranging from macerated blackberry and plum jam to sweet dark chocolate set against a velvety mouth feel and a richly satisfying finish.

A combination of the fruit aromas of plum and blackberry with spice, pepper and cinnamon which then follows through onto the palate. This is a well-rounded and fruity wine featuring the rich flavours of ripe plum, blackberry jam and spices. This is balanced with vanilla and caramel flavours to result in a wine with good depth and intensity. Shiraz is a wonderful wine to couple with food and in particular succulent red meat dished and tomato-based pasta.

Deep garnet in colour, our Shiraz imparts rich aromas of ripe raspberry and blackberry with hints of cracked pepper and a subtle touch of oak. Bold fruit flavours dominate this full-bodied wine while firm tannins complete the finish.

Full and generous with mix of sweet red fruits and dark chocolate. The use of Scotch Whisky barrels for finishing add complex flavours as well add an incredible smoothness to this wine.

A more fun style than your typical Shiraz, this fresh, fruity, semi-sweet wine displays aromas and flavours of ripe, juicy berries with dark chocolate undertones. The perfect balance between sweetness and acidity makes for a refreshing approachability. It is versatile food wine, best served lightly chilled.

This wine is made from vineyard blocks up to 120 years old. The extremely low yields of century old vineyards bring notes of plum and cranberry, with a hint of black pepper. This wine has a long, lingering finish.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

The Carmenere vine age is +18 years. This wine has been aged 10 months in stainless steel followed by 2 months in French and American oak. Light purple colour with aromas of ripe blueberries and a hint of fine smoke. Slightly spicy but in balance with soft tannins.

Rich and lifted aromas of Satsuma plum, mulberry and florals mingle with sweet spice, chocolate and savoury notes. Plumy fruit and sweet spice is balanced by soft, velvety tannins on the palate. A complex, medium to full bodied wine that shows hints of mocha, bramble and vanilla. The finish is lengthy, fruity, peppery and spicy.

Lindeman’s Bin 50 Shiraz features aromas of vanilla, liquorice, dark berry fruits with a hint of peppery spice, while the full bodied palate shows blackcurrant, plum and vanilla flavours supported within a soft tannin structure that makes this wine immediately approachable.
