This London Dry style gin is bursting with juniper and citrus notes. Crafted in small batches, it is a blend of 6 different botanicals Georgian Bay juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon peel, angelica root, grains of paradise.

The palate begins with citrus, lemon primarily, but giving way to some more earthy and warm depth. Juniper is present, but relegated to more of a background role. Finish is lemon candy with a touch of heat and burn. The finish is a touch drier than the rest of the taste, with lemon sticking around long after the sip leaves your throat.

The distillers addition of 3 types of rose has resulted in a complexity of fragrances. On the palate, this gin is tangy and zesty with bright juniper and hints of spice, rounded by a delicate sweetness.

First, the aroma of citrus, followed by juniper and a subtle hint of cool coastal fir trees. Then, fresh mint and the umami flavours of kombu sea kelp are rounded out by a beautiful lasting creamy almond finish.

Malfy Gin Rosa is made with the peel of sun-ripened Sicilian pink grapefruit grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean. The peels are infused with juniper in an Italian grain spirit for 36 hours.
