The flavours are straight forward primarily vanilla, with some crème brûlée, toasted marshmallow, tangerine, peaches and cream, and gentle rye spice but they are clean and well-balanced. A delicious, lighter-style whisky.

With honey and amber glowing from a tall, slender bottle, this whisky is a delight to the eye. The nose is grainy and light, with a nice blend of fruit and spice balanced by a slight earthiness. On the palate, honey and brown sugar sweetness is prominent, with dark fruits (plums, cherries) underneath. Mouthfeel is very oily, having a viscous feel on the tongue. A hint of vanilla and molasses appears on the finish, which is quick to fade. All in all, this whisky is smooth and well-balanced.

The first release from the Town Collection; the Double Barreled is first aged in white oak barrels then re-barreled in heavily charred oak and finally finished with toasted Maplewood staves. The result is a rich, warm spirit filled with notes of dried stone fruit, sweet spice, vanilla and oak on a pleasing finish.

Forty Creek Confederation Oak is the colour of old gold and is a very full bodied whisky. To the nose it is a big whisky with constantly evolving aromas and flavours. Beginning with a maple-raisin-vanilla-fig, layers of praline, banana, butter cream, honeyed nuts, marzipan, spice and orange blossoms. As it lingers, dark dried fruits and anise evolve. On the palate it has a very rich entry; soft, round and dry. Full bodied with vanilla, butter cream and pepper spice which is nicely framed with oak, walnut and smoke. Gray Jay is hand crafted in small batches by a craft distiller in Niagara Falls. With notes of vanilla and caramel, it's sweet, smooth and complex flavour is designed to be approachable.

This whisky is aged for 18 years in barrel, including 10 months in Brandy Casks. Very aromatic with notes of caramel, blueberry compote, raisins, dates and figs. On the palate caramel, corn syrup and blueberry compote; well grilled flapjacks, crispy bacon and butter syrup. The finish is rich and long, spicy and toasty.

The finish features a triumvirate of spicy oak, rye and butterscotch all melded beautifully together. Glimpses of corn syrup and tobacco riding along with lightly glowing bits of cinnamon and clove.

Celebrating Manitoba's 150th anniversary, this unique whiskey pays tribute to its land and people. Aged in Canadian Whiskey and virgin oak casks, this three-grain blend leads with wheat to reflect the agricultural roots of the province. This smooth and silky blend delivers rich notes of toffee, sweet vanilla, fresh bread and subtle rye spice.

This whisky is finished in heavily charred barrels giving it a deep amber colour. Aromas include: tree fruit, pear, apple, sourdough rye, honey, vanilla, and oak wood. The body complex with flavours of rye spices, white pepper, clove, walnuts, toasted sugar and charred wood. Long smooth finish.

We start with corn grains and after multiple distillations we put the liquid into charred used bourbon barrels. After 20 years we have drawn and blended from our cherished reserves, we then age a further 6 months in sherry barrels and create a smooth, luxurious depth of flavour rich in oak, spices, and a light fruit sweetness.
