This Viognier is a bright golden yellow with fruity notes of apricots and peaches that combine with nice citrus notes and a final touch of light oak in the nose. The palate is concentrated and full of fresh stone fruit flavours that make this a savoury wine with great character and persistence.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. Youthful deliciousness.

Apricot, ripe nectarine and invigourating perfume, with fresh herbal aromas and a delicate background of oak. Medium bodied, with a silky texture. Long, balanced finish.

Golden hued, with melon and spicy baked apple aromas and layered, with mineral notes enhanced by honeycomb and caramel flavours from lees contact. This wine is a great example of the harmonious balance which can be achieved between fruit and delicate oak/vanilla flavours.

Off-dry in sweetness, this Chenin Blanc has freshness on the palate with hints of apricot and stone fruit. Its hint of sweetness is counterbalanced by a high level of acidity making this a wine that is round and fresh easy to drink now or a wine that can age well.

A rush of exuberant fruit; zesty lemon and lime with notes of melon and passion fruit that linger on the finish. Fresh, crisp and racy with genuine fruit sweetness that balances the firm, natural acidity.

Yellow, green with medium intensity. Notes of apricots and peaches in the aroma. Flavourful wine with good acidity and a fruity finish.
