Twelve years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks precede a three year finish in three different sherry woods: Amoroso, Apostles, and Matusalem oloroso. A robust, yet elegant spirit. Citrus, Spice, Orange.

Nose: Aromatic, toffee, fruit salad, lush nectarine, custard. Floral, apple blossom, honeysuckle. Apple peels, pear, touch of smoke. Palate: Malty. Walnuts steeped in manuka honey with vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice. Finish: Long, malty, walnut, almond.

Amber in colour with aromas of sweet vanilla, grapefruit, green apple and subtle spice; the palate has buttery creaminess leading to more flavours of vanilla, green apple, honey and hints of heather.

Bright gold colour with flavours of apple pie crust, caramel and vanilla. Compliments the aroma of honey, pear, and apple with hints of almonds and citrus.

Rich wine flavours combine with vanilla oak notes; well-balanced and full of character. As the taste develops, a rich caramel sweetness with traces of cinnamon comes forward. The finish is smooth with soft oak and honey sweetness for an elegant whisky.

Aromas of sweet orange, bramble fruit with chocolate, and nutmeg-spiced sultana. On the palate, a burst of red berry fruit compote and mandarin orange softened by creamy, vanilla-rich milk chocolate. Lingering currant and Morello cherry with barely sugar and traces of ginger on the finish.

Aromas include sherry, Manuka honey, smoke, rich oak, and a little pine resin. Medium-bodied, with notes of date and walnut cake, Oloroso sherry, hints of earthy forest floor, malt, toffee apple and a touch of smoke. Spicy and long, notes of allspice, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry.

Gold hay hue. The nose is an intricate range of smoke, minerals and sherry. On the palate, there is butterscotch, more sherry and peat. Smoke continues to stay with you long after the final sip. A whisky of complexity and depth, offering a very long finish. Extraordinary.

We use casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum to finish our 21 Year Old expression. This expression spends four months finishing in Gran Reserva barrels selected by our Malt Master, adding to its distinctive and complex flavour. Experience an intense and vanilla sweet aroma, floral with hints of banana, followed by a soft, lively taste with lime, ginger and spice and a complex and exceptionally long ending.

Unlike most other single malts Glengoyne has been preserving the essence of its flavour for decades by using air-dried barley rather than barley dried using harsh peat smoke. The result is a more subtle, complex whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves. Sweet with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty with fresh green apples coming through. The taste is clean; green apples and grass with a hint of sweet licorice. Sweet and malty finish.

This Lowland Single Malt Whisky has a hint of fruit as the nose opens conjures an image of the apple orchard, soon joined by light touches of almond and vanilla, before lush meadow-grass aromas develop the floral theme. Smooth and pleasing in texture, the opulent and rounded taste starts lightly sweet and becomes elegantly drying, with a vibrant oaky spiciness that persists in the dry finish.

Sweet and fruity aromas of honey and apricot jam, with notes of sweet cinnamon bread and subtle sensation of spicy liquorice. Succulent flavours of mandarins in syrup, ripe poached pears and chocolate-dipped raisins. The finish is incredibly smooth and luscious.

Then, the bouquet opens on buttery notes. Shortbread, almond brandy snaps, vanilla toffee, fudge sauce. A dry spicy echo with a touch of liquorice resonates in the back. Round, sweet, incredibly smooth and velvety. Wood is entirely integrated but present all the way, sweetly enveloping fruity and nutty flavours in an oaky shell. Luscious chocolate fudge lingers on. Lingering with traces of toasted hazelnuts and lightly smoked almonds.

The taste is balanced between honey, malt and flowery scents. Dates and figs emerge in the background with a hint of wood smoke. The finish is long and enticing with the sweetness of dried fruit and subtle dryness of Oloroso nuttiness.

There is no age statement. This sumptuous, special reserve whisky is aged first in American oak bourbon casks for smooth, fruity notes. It is then finished in hand-selected wine casks from Sauternes, the most famous and ancient sweet wine-growing region of France. These Sauternes casks bring layers of mellow sweetness to Glenmorangie’s renowned smooth style. Non chill-filtered for enhanced aroma and texture. Nectar D’Or is enjoyed around the globe.

This single malt scotch has scents of citrus and ripening peaches and a hint of vanilla. Vanilla, ripe fruit and floral note are detected on the tongue. A ten-year-old single malt, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirits that emerges from Scotland’s tallest stills, with first and second fill American white oak casks.

The Glenmorangie 14 Year Old Port Cask Finish has been matured in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured in specially selected Ruby port pipes from the Quintas, or wine estates, of Portugal. Extra maturation is a wood finishing technique pioneered at the Glenmorangie distillery. Wood finishing in these port pipes develops Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban into a voluptuous spirit with a complex balance of sweet and dry flavours.

Stewed fruit combines with subtle ginger and cinnamon spice, with a hint of beeswax polish. Bitter orange and hazelnut lead to notes of chocolate raisins. Smooth, ripe plum notes infuse with festive spices balanced by cracked black pepper. Dried cherry comes to the fore alongside mature oak. Full and spicy with lingering citrus fruit and toffee.

Aromas of caramel and toffee popcorn, with notes of almond, vanilla, citrus and slight hint of peat smoke. Full and creamy on the palate, with sweet notes of barley sugar, candied orange peel, milk chocolate sitting alongside subtle salinity and sweet smoke. Finsih is long with fading caramel sweetness, citrus peel and smoke.

Aromas of sandalwood, cranberries, and apples. On the palate walnuts, red berries, butter tarts, Marzipan, cherries, toasted nut, capsicum and a woody texture.

Matured predominantly in European and American sherry seasoned oak casks, this amber spirit has a light, briny vanilla scent and a silky feel. A veil of smoke rises through the Scotch (but fades out fast), leaving behind a sweet nutty, vanilla finish.

Jura Seven Wood is crafted from American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels and six different French Oak barrels. Caramelized peach, chewy liquorices and candied orange with a hint of sea-spray and smoke.

Sanaig, named after an inlet on Islay’s rugged Atlantic cost, is a vatting of Kilchoman matured in both sherry and bourbon barrels. Vibrant yellow gold in colour with aromas of sweet stewed apples topped with crisp slightly caramelized pastry, tanned leather and vanilla. On the palate sweet and spicy notes lead way to vanilla, sea salt, pork cracking and fresh ground black pepper, gentle spice and charred oak. Long warming finish.

Bright golden amber; aromas of smoke, toasted coconut, vanilla and roasted seaweed; warming alcohol, full bodied, with pronounced flavours of smoke, ocean mist, dried flowers and a balancing sweet vanilla.

Tawny, auburn in colour. On the nose: sweet and peaty with medicinal notes of Manuka honey, hospital bandages, antiseptic lotion, strong cloves , and also grilled smoky bacon, a distinctive character of sweet leather, iodine and pine tar. This limited edition series celebrates the legacy of one man, the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the Laphroaig distillery, Ian Hunter. Aging for 30 years in Spanish Oak Oloroso Sherry cask developed aromas of dried dates and figs, cigar box, toffee, dark chocolate, pink peppercorns, all spice and some medicinal notes. Honey and sweet smoked stone fruit also unfurl on the palate. A very complex whisky.

The colour is deep gold. The nose is complex; smoky and herbal, with notes of Amsterdamer pipe tobacco, Eucalyptus, mint, fresh hay, a hint of jasmine but also autumn leaves and dry flowers along with sweet notes of vanilla, maple syrup, toffee, candy sugar, honey and black pepper. This 34-year-old Laphriaog Single Malt is the fourth in our exclusive series commemorating Ian Hunter. Maturation occured in American White Oak Bourbon barrels with finishing in first-fill European Oak Oloroso Sherry casks. This non-chill filtered whisky has notes of honey, black pepper, and of course peat.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. Deep Mahogany in colour, the nose is rich and smoky with seaside minerals with a hint of ash and bitter chocolate drops. The palate is richly peaty with a spicy chili bite with a short dry finish and a long sweet aftertaste.

Full sparkling gold. Burning embers of peat in a crofters fireplace, hints of coconut and banana aromas. Deep, complex and smoky yet offers and surprises the palate with a gentle sweetness. Really long, and dries appropriately with smoke and spice.
