Bushmills 12YO old is 100% malted barley, triple-distilled, then aged for 10 years individually in seasoned bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married into an extremely smooth whiskey. Floral and fruity with a drop of pear and pineapple, and a distinct nutty malt character.

Bushmills 16 YO is 100% malted barley, tripled-distilled, and aged individually in seasoned, hand-selected bourbon barrels and sherry casks before being married and finished in port pipes. The whiskey has a unique port finish.

Rich and extravagant aromas, yet balanced by warm spice, vanilla and dried fruit. A glorious marriage of spice, fig, oloroso sherry and toasted oak notes. Elegant finish with a wonderful, creamy mouthfeel.

This Five Oak Cask Release is matured in a combination of three different types of virgin oak (Irish, European and American), in addition to ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The finished result is a whiskey that is equal parts complex and smooth.

Knappogue Castle 12 YO is an exceptional single malt made exclusively from malted barley. Triple distilled one batch at a time in traditional, onion-shaped copper pot stills, the whiskey is then aged in bourbon oak casks for twelve years. Aromas of biscuit and peppery spice. Well balanced flavours of fruit and mild spice. Smooth finish.

Bourbon barrel aging helps develop the full character of this whiskey. On the nose new pencil shavings, light rose petal, fresh rain on pine while the taste offers warm toasted oak, fresh peeled grapefruit, zesty wood spices, clove spiciness and a wisp of fresh mint.

Three Swallow is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills. Matured in mainly 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks. Pot Still spice combines with crisp barley character. Delicate herbs give way to green banana and grapefruit while a nutty note of marzipan reflects the wood contribution of specially selected casks. An initial taste delivers smooth mouth-coating barley followed by an eruption of green apple and citrus notes. Herbs and spicy flavours are complemented by a touch of cedar wood for extra complexity.

Aromas of exotic fruit with a touch of citrus along with deep notes of dried apricot. Rich - tasting with fully - rounded, luscious fruit. Hints of sweet vanilla and oak. Long finish with a combination of fruit and spices, giving way to toasted oak.

Full of aroma and flavour, Redbreast 12 Year Old benefits from a strong contribution from distillates that have matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it its trademark Christmas-cake character.

Nose: A rich infusion of pot still spices and Spanish oak with the controlled influence of Oloroso Sherry allow deep darker fruits, prunes, dates and figs to mingle with licorice, marzipan, toasted oak and the typical Redbreast spices. Taste: Creamy pot still mouth feel is round and sweet with familiar Redbreast style spices balanced with the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak. Finish: Endless. Sweetness and pot still spices endure while Oloroso Sherry and Spanish oak have the last word.

Islay peat smoke and sea salt on the nose, followed by warming leather notes, stewed rhubarb and a wonderful vanilla sweetness in the mouth, leading to a rich lingering finish.

Vibrant with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon. A balance mix of dry fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. Long finish with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the wood.

The Busker Pot Still is a distinctive expression to Ireland, created to bring you on a journey of exceptional character. Your taste buds will kick off with some beautiful intense spices balanced with a hint of toffee with that long warm finish.

Triple distilled, and aged in American oak Bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. Ripe and fruity aromas with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruit notes with additional hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge. Vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, a little oak, digestive biscuits, apricots, and a hint of cocoa flavours fill the mouth. A lovely maltiness and sweet oak deliver a smooth finish.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

Nose: At first honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, all spice and fruits. Taste: Clean and mellow honey malt and then the taste complexity reveals itself - rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly.

To the nose, lemony citrus with hints of green apples, vanilla/sugar. The taste & the finish are bitter, bitter almond, malty oak. The finish fades to bitter notes of fresh oak. Young whiskey, light and straight forward. Would probably be a very good whiskey to incorporate marmalades recipes.

Nose: Mown hay & cracked black pepper. Red bell peppers, nutmeg, clove oil and green tea. Sweet honey and peaches from the Malaga casks. Taste: Honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, creamy milk chocolate and crème brûlée. Notes of red apples and toasted oak. Finish: Sophisticated and complex. Sweetness throughout, with a mix of red grapy and dry barley upon exit.
