A blend of Zinfandel, Merlot, and Syrah sourced from vineyards throughout Northern California. 1924 Double Black Red Wine Blend delivers rich aromas of warm spices, juicy blackberry, plum and toasty oak notes, setting the stage for layered, concentrated flavours of black cherry, raspberry and sweet vanilla. This lush Red Wine has balanced acidity with smooth tannins and a juicy, lingering finish.

A deep ruby red colour with a bouquet of cherry, red plum, violet, and spice. This Sangiovese has soft drying tannins and flavours of cherry and spice, which also linger on the finish with an added note of dried mushroom.

Apothic Dark brings together dark fruit flavours of blueberry and blackberry with opulent notes of coffee and dark chocolate for a rich, yet silky smooth palate.

A blend of Syrah, Cabernet, Zinfandel & Merlot. Intense fruit aromas and flavours of rhubarb and black cherry that are complemented by hints of mocha, chocolate, brown spice and vanilla.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

A blend of Monastrell, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The different varietals are vinified separately. The grapes are hand - picked, crushed and destemmed prior to fermentation in concrete vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in Hungarian oak barrels. The wines are barrel aged for 6 months. Balsamic aromas and spices on a background of ripe fruits.

Wonderful dark cherry red colour, intense, blackberry, spice and toasted aromas, very full, concentrated, rich wild berry fruit on the palate with finely balanced vanilla undertones, and well integrated tannins, great depth with a persistent finish.

Intense, brilliant and clean ruby colour. Intense and complex aroma with hints of ripe fruits, plums and savoury notes including toasted nuts. Round, warm, very well balanced with a persistent finish. Pair with roasts, grilled meats, legumes and medium and strong cheeses.

Fresh, Strawberry, Plum, Medium-bodied. Germany is quickly becoming known for its soft, fruity reds and this delicious Dornfelder blend is no exception.

This classic Cabernet Merlot blend is loaded with ripe cherry and hints of raspberry. A delicious, fruit forward, nicely balanced wine with notes of black cheery, cassis and hints of liquorice.

Predominant fresh red fruits on the nose with forest fruits jam, spices and toasted notes. Fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious flavours. A very versatile wine. Serve with roasted fish, roasted white meat, stewed or roasted red meats and soft cheeses.

Intense ruby red colour with violet nuances. Intense, characteristic bouquet of the primary grape aromas; fruity component, full-bodied and robust, well-balanced with tannin and oak integrated. Mocha and tar accents enrich dark plum, black licorice and olive paste notes. Elegant, structured, fine tannins, juicy acidity.

Made from four grapes harvested later than usual to achieve a greater ripeness and smoothness. It results in a deep and inky wine, with ripe plum and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it shows prune, fig and cherry fruit notes. Chocolate and licorice flavours, given by aging in oak barriques, dominate a long and smooth aftertaste.

With an intense ruby colour, this wine presents itself with a great concentration in the nose. This extremely rich aroma has a predominance of red ripe fruits, some floral notes and well integrated with notes of spices that comes from the ageing in French and American oak barrels. In the mouth it shows great complexity with notes of plums and blackberries with a finish that is rich and elegant.

It is gorgeously ripe and inviting on the nose showing black and blueberry notes along with dark plum, mixed spice and floral aromas. The wine is bright, succulent and smooth backed by fine, chalky tannins and with a long and delightful dry finish.

An easy drinking wine with aromas of liquorice and blackcurrant. A fruity Côtes du Rhône, slightly spicy, with well balanced tannins. This wine is ready to drink, best enjoyed young and already very drinkable.

Pey La Tour shows a very deep, shimmering ruby color. On the nose, red fruits such as blackcurrant, & blackberry prelude to a very fruity palate. The wine is fleshy, mild, with a remarkable freshness for the vintage giving a crunchy ripe fruit sensation.

Deep garnet, red fruit, concentrated, balanced. Aging potential: very good.

This wine has a lively ruby red colour. The aroma is delicate, with violet scent. Dry, harmonious and slightly tannic on the palate.

One whiff and your nose is smacked with an attractive assortment of rich, ripe, jammy red and black fruit aromas with hints of licorice and black pepper mixed in. On the palate it has a velvety smooth texture, with ripe black fruits pepper and hints of earth.

A blend of two varieties from the Rapel Valley in Chile. Notes of dark plums, with firm and round tannins, velvety texture, smooth, well balanced and mouth filling wine.

Malbec, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon make up this red blend. A beautiful ruby red colour, an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha. This Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenere is made from grapes grown organically. This reddish purple wine from Colchagua Valley offers an expressive and very fruity to the nose, with notes of plums, berries, and dry fruits. In the mouth, this juicy blend is a delightful concentration of red and black fruits, which are in complete harmony with soft tannins. A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

Bright cherry colour with violet nuances. Red berry aromas remain over the oaky balsamic notes from its one year barrel ageing. Shows an elegance in the mouth, yet lively with some spice back notes. A very balanced acidity.

Black Forest is a dark, decadent red blend from Cupcake Vineyards. Rich flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of mocha and spice, this wine has a silky, luxurious finish.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

A dazzling deep red colour and aromas and flavours of black fruits that melt with delicates notes of mocha and creamy vanilla.

Intense black purple colour. On the nose, it's aromas of plum, spices and red pepper stand out while delicate notes of mint can also be perceived. In the mouth, it is a very harmonious and balanced wine, with round tannins and a long finish.

Clear, deep ruby red colour with purple highlights. A blend of Tempranillo & Shiraz with clean medium-intense aromas reminiscent of black cherries, mature strawberries with notes of exotic spices and eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, soft tannins and a long finish.

Intense ruby-red in colour with sweet aromas of ripe strawberries elegantly combined with spices such as pepper, along with subtle sweet and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The palate is firm but very silky, with elegant, well-structured tannins, great volume and a persistent finish. Ideal served with grilled or roasted red or white meats, pork tenderloin with red wine reduction and spices, and beef fillet with black pepper.
