Purple garnet in colour with a bouquet of red plum, cherry, and wild strawberry, accented by delicate notes of spice and oak. The Pinot Noir is a light-bodied wine, with soft tannins, and flavours of red berry, cherry, and plum. The dry-ish finish has notes of plum, cherry, and a hint of spice.

Wonderfully fragrant with notes of sour cherry, red fruit and exotic spice. On the palate dark chocolate and cocoa notes mingle with hints of leather and sweet tobacco. Silky and satiny in texture, this is a supple wine with a full flavourful lingering finish.

The palate is very seductive and complex, full of intense red berried fruits with intriguing exotic spices and a long lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed right now but also has the ability to age for another 5-8 years. We recommend baked salmon, roasted duck and other game dishes with this wine.
