A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes that have been fermented in glass lined cement tanks and matured on the fine lees. The delicate nose is reminiscent of almond blossoms and marzipan; good depth of fruit on the palate, nicely balanced by a zingy acidity.

Aromas of mango and melon, bright lemon zest, honey crisp apple and honeysuckle. The palate has the same strong tropical fruit notes with some white currant character. Refreshing, with zippy acidity and an off-dry sweetness.
