Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

The 2017 Chateau Clinet 2017 AOC Pomerol Bordeaux has 92% Merlot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. There are layers of complexity to this wine. Possessing a deep, dark red colour. Very aromatic with floral, red berries and spices interwoven together. Very well balanced, elegant and charming!

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 70% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place for 12 months in French oak. Inky dark in colour with aromas of dark fruit, graphite, oak, lavender, plum and blueberry jam. On the palate black fruit preserves in balance with slight earth notes.

The 2020 Faugeres from Saint Emilion has a deep garnet-purple colour. It requires some patient swirling to unlock scents of tar, forest floor, wet slate, and garrigue, before opening out to a fragrant core of baked plums and boysenberry preserves, with a waft of Indian spices. The full-bodied palate is ripe, concentrated, and fantastically bright, with unbelievable tension and freshness lifting the concentrated flavours, to a very long velvety finish.

As well, there are notes of cocoa. It is a very fruity and refreshing wine that has a seamless impression from beginning to end. The tannins are firm and well - structured.

Grape varietals in this blend include: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. The colour is deep, intense ruby-red with purple highlights. The nose dominated by blackberries, blueberries and black olives, mingling with fresh spices and delicate balsamic, graphite and roast hazelnut. The Palate is concentrated revealing a complex array of flavours elegantly combining notes of blackcurrant, blackberry and Ente plum with spices and pepper, enhanced by a touch of ristretto. This is a 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc blend. It has aged for 12 mths in second fill barrels. The nose displays all the subtleties of the great Pomerol wines, mingling aromas of fresh raspberry, blackberry, black pepper, Earl Grey tea and lavender.
