The Shiraz is the brooding component that brings the core of dark fruits, liquorice and round ripe tannins. The Grenache is focused in the red and blue fruits spectrum and delivers plushness to the final blend. Last but definitely not least the Mataro brings spice and finer tannins, pulling the structure together and giving the wine drive. The resulting wine is complex and layered in a soft approachable style.

A blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Marsanne and Roussanne grapes. Granata red color. Appearing at first aromas of cassis, blueberries and raspberry accompanied by herbal and spicy notes such as rosemary, tarragon and black pepper and at the end soft mineral touches appear. On the palate it highlights its biting and vibrant acidity, which together with a juicy and fresh structure make this wine a great blend, promising a long storage in the bottle.

Ruby red with a golden rim, good depth, lively bright colour. It retains the ripe red-berry fruit aromas of blackberries, blueberries, and black plums well. Gradually it opens up to reveal smoky, toasted wood nuances, with spices and hints of minerals and tobacco. This is another typical aspect of this wine which has evolved during its time in the barrel and the bottle. Smooth mouth-feel, with sweet, polished tannins. A long, elegant, perfumed finish with final hints of coffee with chocolate.

This Haut-Medoc blend is comprised of 48% Cabernet sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet franc, and 1%, Carmenere. Maturation has taken place in oak barrels (30% new barrels) for 14-16 months. A deep purple colour, velvety and elegant tannins, floral and spicy notes.

This Castillon blend is comprised of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc. Opaque purple-black colored, this wine delivers intense scents of prunes, Black Forest cake and ripe, fresh blackberries with hints of Marmite toast, tapenade, damp soil and truffles. On the palate black fruit preserves with a velvety texture.

This GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Purple violet in colour with aromas of: aniseed, licorice, dark chocolate, mocha powder, freshly ground black pepper, bay leaf, nutmeg and vanilla. Clean, clear, long and brightly flavoured and textured. On the palate dark berry fruit, powdery earthiness, balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

This cuvée made with about 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc is a blend of different lots reflecting the diversity of all local terroirs: the clay bringing the body, the gravel giving the structure and the chalk ensuring the finesse. The current blend is mainly the 2010 vintage ; the exceptional climatic conditions of this vintage are expressed when tasting the wine which shows a deep intense color, some scents of black fruits (mulberries, cherries) greatly backed up by a lovely integrated tanic structure, this enhancing a long and complex final.
