The Walking Fool is a lush, Zinfandel based blend. A silky scarlet red with luminous highlights, this wine opens with a lean earthiness the scent of rustic wood mixes with sweet spice, a whiff of cigar box, dusty pavement and old leather, infused with garden ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavours of juicy raspberry, the subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouth-watering, while its tannins lend a gritty yet softly fine texture. On the finish: a trace of vibrant cranberry, luxurious cocoa and an extra kick of spice.

Suisun (su-soon) Valley is known for delicious stone fruits and walnuts; increasingly it is also gaining recognition for its wine. Durif is synonymous with Petite Sirah, the widely grown grape in the region. We added Grand to the name of our Suisun-grown Durif because it has a grand style. The 2016 vintage shows aromas of dark plums,  baked blueberries, scents of lavender, white rose petals, sweet smoke and brown spice.  On the palate, lush tannins in balance with dark berry cobbler and cocoa.

Regal red in colour. Plush and evocative on the nose with aromas of beef - ribs cooked over an open fire with notes of potpourri and dark plum. This wine is a striking combination, highly structured yet featuring extravagant flavours of dark fruit.

The dark, rich core of the 2015 Continuum has aromas of cacao, black currant, cardamom and savoury wild herb. The wine is lush with ripe chocolatey tannins that lead to a long, expressive finish. 2015, though small in volume, is a mighty vintage for Continuum; one to savour today or age and appreciate for decades to come.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Silky round entry with acid to balance and high fruit concentration. The nose leaves no doubt about the seriousness of this wine. The palate is fruit driven both before and after the high tannin middle core. The finish is long, not drying of tannin, and beckons a second sip.

Black Forest is a dark, decadent red blend from Cupcake Vineyards. Rich flavours of blackberry and dark cherry with hints of mocha and spice, this wine has a silky, luxurious finish.

Red Velvet is a blend of classic red varietals with Zinfandel as a base. Subtle subtle aromas and flavours of chocolate with mocha notes, red and blackberry fruits and a hint of coconut.

Varietal Composition is 58% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Malbec, 7% Petite Verdot, and 6% Zinfandel. Voluptuous dark fruit aromas of blackberry and black cherry, with hints of lavender and rustic savory spice. The rich berry notes are echoed on the palate, where silky, fine-grained tannins and enlivening acidity carry the flavors to a lush, lingering finish.

The varietal composition for this vintage is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 1% Petit Verdot. It has been aged a total of 24 months in barrel. Enticing aromas of black cherry, red currant and rose petals mingle with sophisticated hints of hazelnut, clove, caramel and fig preserves. The Opus One 20I9 has intense aromas of black currant, blueberry, black plum, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by fine-grained tannins. The freshness and so glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

This release is a blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah and Grenache. Maturation for 8 months in French and American Oak. To the eye, an opaque core with a red amethyst rim. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 1 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate, and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate.
