A blend of Syrah, Cabernet, Zinfandel & Merlot. Intense fruit aromas and flavours of rhubarb and black cherry that are complemented by hints of mocha, chocolate, brown spice and vanilla.

Medium-bodied and spicy, it is obtained from the harmonic blend of Merlot, Cabernet and Shiraz.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Traditional red wine making with French and American oak aging for added depth of flavour and complexity. Medium-bodied and fruit-forward with a bouquet of blue plum, cherry and black current, accented by spice. Enjoy with red meats with sauces and marinades; barbecued ribs; burgers with all the fixings. Drink young for full enjoyment.

Aromas of blackberry burst with vibrancy on the palate, enhanced with decadent flavours of mocha and hints of vanilla for a silky, smooth finish.

Very aromatic with notes of ripe black and red fruits. In the palate, juicy plums and dark berry fruit flavour with plenty of fresh yet fine tannins that take over at the finish, along with flavours of spice and licorice.

This wine is an approachable, food friendly red. Notes of red berry and cherry on the nose stay consistent through the taste profile. This is a medium bodied red, with good acidity to pair with a wide range of foods.

Fragrant bouquet of grapes and cherries with a hint of violets; dry, clean, very pleasant flavour with an attractive lingering, slightly bitter aftertaste of green almonds.

Intense ruby colour with vanilla, coffee, cassis and blueberries on the nose. On the palate, soft with intergrated tannins. Balanced with good acidity.

Colour: Intense, brilliant and clean ruby colour. Nose: Intense and complex aroma with hints of ripe fruits, plums and savoury notes including toasted nuts. Palate: Round, warm, very well balanced with a persistent finish.

Aromas of minerally, dark berries and spice are followed by a bit of violet as the wine opens. These aromas carry through on the palate with a refreshing tart fruitiness and moderate tannins.

Tastes of Caramelized berries, Rich dark berries and a touch of toasted oak flavours.

Rich aromas of black fruit are followed by a smooth, fruity finish that goes well with grilled meats and pizza.

This is a bright and intensely red Cabernet Merlot whose colour speaks of its fresh and fruity aromas. Hints of black plums combine beautifully with those of ripe berries and a touch of vanilla. The palate is soft, but full with a pleasant finish. Serve with red meats or cheese.

Ruby with a purple rim, aromas of dark, ripe plum and leather rise to the nose as rich, layered notes of blackberry, black cherry and spice cross the palate. The soft, supple texture and rounded tannins create a velvety mouthfeel though to the long finish.

Deep red colour. Fruity aroma with red cherry, floral and vanilla notes. A well - balanced wine with a long, lingering finish.

A blend of 41.9% Merlot, 35.2% Cabernet Franc and 18.7% Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a touch of Zweigelt and Dornfelder. The individual wines were given subtle oak integration for 6 months with French and American oak, before the final assemblage was created. A full malolactic fermentation to soften the mouthfeel. Bright garnet colour with a bouquet of currant, blue plum, cherry, wild strawberry, and subtle spice and oak. A medium-bodied, fruit-forward red wine with soft tannins for a smooth mouthfeel, and flavours of juicy red and black fruits with a touch of sweet spice. Notes of red cherry, pomegranate, sweet spice, and a touch of black tea linger on the finish.
