Ripe berry flavours with notes of white chocolate, black olives and white pepper provide plenty of mouth filling satisfaction. Tannins are robust and smooth adding roundness and complex elegance to the lingering finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot work together to create a wine that exhibits plush fruit supported by deep tannins. We make this wine to cellar for a number of years. A youthful wine will therefore exhibit well structured tannins that demands a complimenting food while a wine with greater than 4 years of age will begin to deliver nuances of flavour, texture and length that can only be achieved by making the wine in this traditional style.

This wine is quite flavourful with an elegant touch of violets and ripe strawberries. Excellent structure and balanced acidity.

Vibrant purple; ripe cassis and berry aromas with a touch of black pepper; dry, medium bodied; full fruit flavour and smooth tannins on a long finish.

Stainless steel fermented followed by oak aging for 6 months. Vibrant aromas of black cherry and cassis. Silky smooth tannins on the palate with rich flavours of vanilla followed by a hint of blueberry on the finish.

The nose is marked by appealing, fragrant fruit such as wild blackberry, black cherry and strawberry, which shade into toastier notes of cocoa powder, roast espresso, tobacco leaf and vanilla. Impressively full bodied the palate shows warm, smooth and well-rounded.
