With our Pinot Grigio Chardonnay, our winemaker experimented with 11 different blends before the ultimate one was achieved. This smooth, refreshingly crisp wine, bearing strong fruit notes of pear and peach, embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Malbec Merlot, our winemaker explored 13 blends before arriving on this smooth, medium bodied wine and aromas of dark red berries and cherry. The combination of the dark skinned Malbec and the juicy Merlot grape creates a luscious blend that embodies the mystique of the Black Cellar.

With our Shiraz Cabernet, our winemaker explored 19 different blends until the ultimate one was achieved. The result is a smooth, full-flavoured wine with an abundance of sweet cherry, blueberry and spice aromas and flavours that embody the mystique of the Black Cellar.

Aromas of raspberry and cherry, dry and medium bodied. flavours of dark cherry, earth, spice, and oak with a medium acidity that brightens the fruit character followed by a medium, fruity finish.

This Cabernet Franc has been matured in French oak for 16 months. On the nose raspberry, plum and white pepper. Flavours of red plum, cherry and a touch of herbs.

Garnet colour with a bouquet of red berries, cherry, spice and a touch of smoke. Copper Moon Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine with flavours of plum, blueberry and cherry. Notes of berries and a touch of spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with pizza, red sauce pastas and burgers.

Lemon yellow colour with aromas of ripple apple, pear pineapple and a touch of floral. Copper Moon Chardonnay is a soft, medium-bodied wine with flavours of ripe stone fruit and just a touch of citrus on the finish to refresh.

Copper Moon Malbec has a smooth medium body with a complex flavour profile encompassing dark red berries, cherry and black currant. Light oak notes and a bit of spice linger on the finish. Pale lemon yellow colour with beautiful aromas of citrus, green apple and ripe pear. Copper Moon Pinot Grigio is light bodied wine with refreshing flavours of citrus and melon. Slight floral notes linger on through the finish. Pairs well with fresh shellfish and pan-seared halibut.

Pale yellow colour with a fresh aroma of green apple, citrus, grass and gooseberry. Copper Moon Sauvignon Blanc is a light bodied wine with refreshing flavours of apple, peach and citrus, which also lingers on the finish. Pairs well with grilled pork, chicken with herbs and mixed salads.

Garnet to light purple colour with a bouquet of plum, black cherry and licorice. Copper Moon Shiraz is a smooth, medium-bodied wine with juicy flavours of plum and cherry. A medley of ripe berries and a touch of sweet spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with chili, spicy sausage and hearty winter stews.

This wine is an approachable, food friendly red. Notes of red berry and cherry on the nose stay consistent through the taste profile. This is a medium bodied red, with good acidity to pair with a wide range of foods.

This wine was finished in whisky barrels for 3 months. Aromas of dark fruit, mixed nuts, graphite, and cassis to start. The palate is equally dynamic with notes of blueberry pie, cardamom, chai tea, all spice and toffee.

Rich and concentrated aromatics of peach, apricot and honey integrate well with the flavours of citrus and mango all balanced by a crisp lively acidity.

The Riesling Icewine has an abundance of vibrant aromatics including peach, pear and lime. On the palate, notes of honey, apricot and mango are balanced by a crisp and lively acidity.

This Icewine is billowing with ripe peaches and apricots on the nose combined with delicious overtones of marmalade and candied brown sugar. Perfect on its own as a dessert or an excellent match to fresh fruit, rich pâté or fine blue-veined and cream-based cheeses.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied with subtle blackcurrant fruit on the nose. It is a dry, well-balanced wine with velvety tannins and notes of oak on the palate.

Our Chardonnay is dry and full-bodied with intense aromas of ripe apples and pear. Hints of oak and butter combine for a lingering, complex finish.

This malbec is deep in colour with intense flavours of berries, plum, spice and subtle floral notes.

Our Merlot is rich in fruit and has a soft, full-bodied elegance. The velvety texture and bouquet of berries and herbs are uniquely characteristic of this grape variety.

Vinified in a cool climate style, our Pinot Grigio displays zesty aromas of lime, apple, and pear, balanced with delicate floral notes. Tropical fruit and bright citrus flavours are accentuated by crisp, refreshing acidity.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has a distinctive floral bouquet, which is complemented by notes of citrus fruit and dill. It has good structure and an elegant, refreshing finish.

Rich fruity and woody, the 2017 Summit (the blend includes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Malbec) delivers a nose-full of black and blue fruit accented by toasted coconut and coffee bean oak influence, still youthful and not yet firing on all cylinders. The palate is densely packed with flavour - this is high-impact wine to be sure, broad, voluptuous, and ambitiously made. Alcohol is high but integrated, while tannIns are thick and velvety, supported by sufficient acids. Naked Grape Shiraz is a bold, jammy wine with rich blackberry and dark cherry flavours.

This inviting dessert wine displays harmonious layers of honey, baked apple, sweet citrus and apricot. A liquid silk texture leaves a soft finish on the palate

Tastes of Caramelized berries, Rich dark berries and a touch of toasted oak flavours.

Each varietal lot was kept separate and then aged carefully for 20 months before blending, racking and bottling. Always unfined and unfiltered to best show the terroir. Rich black fruits mixed with spicy notes and classic Similkameen minerality.

This rich full-bodied wine features a deep intense ruby colour, and deliciously persistent aromas of ripe red raspberry, dark chocolate with toasty caramel and vanilla notes. Opulent notes of blackberry fruit, spice and pepper grace the palate with a well-rounded tannin structure and fruit-driven lingering finish.

In keeping with classic Bordeaux tradition, Pétales d’Osoyoos represents the second wine of Osoyoos Larose. The wine displays a deep ruby colour with a complex nose of red fruits, pepper, caramel and vanilla notes. The mid-palate shows complex layers with raspberry, cherry and toasted flavours. The finish is long and smooth with ripe tannins, elegance and finesse. Best to drink within four to five years.

Beautiful pale pink colour with fruity flavours of strawberry, cherry, red currant and pomegranate. This medium-bodied Rosé is light and refreshing with a perfectly dry finish.

Fresh kiwi and citrus notes are followed by a zesty lemon finish that goes will with grilled chicken, asparagus and light cream sauce pasta.

Flavours of black cherry and a hint of spice are enhanced by rich red fruit aromas. An excellent match with grilled red meats such as steak, roast beef, ribs and lamb.

Fresh fruit aromas of strawberry and honey. Rich and full in the mouth featuring flavours of strawberry preserves, cranberries and orange.

This wine showcases aromatics in the form of blackberry jam, fresh mint leaf, black pepper, cooked blueberry, black cherry, sweet tobacco (similar to Oscuro Cigars), ripened plum and blackcurrant, with a subtle undertone of butter, courtesy of malolactic fermentation. Once allowed to breathe, notes of leather and cedar become more pronounced, suggesting potential tertiary aromatics. The palate mirrors the nose, with notable flavours of black cherry and blackberry, alongside butter and toasted almond, with a hunt of dark chocolate on the extended finish.

The palate is very seductive and complex, full of intense red berried fruits with intriguing exotic spices and a long lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed right now but also has the ability to age for another 5-8 years. We recommend baked salmon, roasted duck and other game dishes with this wine.
