Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Blanco is a blend of Antao Vaz, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Aromas of mango and pineapple, some notes of tangerine peel and mineral. Fresh, complete and structured mouth, with a medium finish.

Herdade do Monte da Ribeira is located in the heart of the Alentejo region. Monte da Ribeira Tinto is a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, Syrah and Alicante Bouschet grapes. Aging has occurred in French and American new oak for 6 months. Aromas of dried figs, chocolate and cigar tobacco. Pousada Ruby is a fortified wine of a red vibrant colour, has very rich aromas of ripe young fruits, is strong and full-bodied in the palate and has a long and persistent finish.

A vivid red color. The aroma is intense, exuberant and very floral and reminiscent of the scented Rockrose surrounded by fruits of the forest such as cassis; mint and some refined, elegant, well-integrated woody notes. Fresh on the palate, with a hint of cherry. Soft and velvety, presents smooth tannins, and is very well balanced against acidity, giving the wine complexity and longevity. The after-taste is long and well-flavored.

Portal's 10 Year Old Tawny is a blend of wines aged in old casks where they acquire the amber colour and turn the young rich fruit into elegance. It's big yet balanced by fine acidity developing aromas of caramel, cafe au lait along with nutty flavours. Enjoy it with tarte tatin or macadamia ice-cream.

Opaque, purple black colour with a narrow violet rim. Characteristically stylish and racy, with a nose of dense blackcurrant and woodland fruit overlaid with discreet herbal nuances and scents of violet and rose petals. As usual the classic Taylor elegance and understatement conceal the wine’s energy and vigour. On the palate it displays the lean, sinewy and tightly knit tannins which are so much a feature of the Taylor style and the vibrant and clearly delineated fruit flavours and which are the hallmark of the 2007 vintage.

Around this dense fruity core, with its attractive vibrancy and minerality, is a fragrant and complex aura of citrus fruit blossom and wild herbal scents of mint and lavender. Supported by a tight warp of thick sinewy tannins, the palate explodes with concentrated ripe black fruit flavour which surges into the long finish before being gripped in a tight tannic embrace. A wine which manages to combine the massive structure and powerful fruitiness of the harvest with elegance, poise and finesse.
