On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Harvest occurs early in the morning and the fruit is then immediately pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuves. A low temperature is kept while the wine is raised on fine lees in the cuve for eleven months and then bottled in September. The honey & white acacia blossom perfume is a rare treat. These Riesling vines grow in red volcanic and slate soil that gives the wine aromas of spice along with tropical fruits, such as pineapple and mango.

Dubonnet Rouge is ruby in colour and it has an elegant bouquet of mint, toffee, candied cherries and blackcurrants. The wine, which so gracefully combines these flavours, is both bold and slightly oaky, thus creating a balance with a certain aromatic insistence.

Bursting with aromatics of tropical passionfruit and ripe gooseberry, hints of lemon and green mango plus fresh green herbs. Very clean and crisp pallet with medium to high acidity adds freshness and lift.

With a light straw colour, this wine opens with the soft aromas of melon and white peach, with an underlying note of pantry spice. On the palate, it offers a flinty first impression, evoking the freshness of summer rain hitting pavement. An initial tartness quickly dissipates, yielding to the wine's minerality. Brilliant light yellow in colour, Aconcagua Costa Chardonnay offers various layers of aromas recalling fresh citrus notes followed by passion fruit, guava and grapefruit intermingled with subtle aromas of honey and white flowers. The fruitiness reappears on the palate along with good acidity that lends tremendous freshness. The vertical and linear palate stands out for its minerality, elegance, character and long ageing potential.

Of pale yellow colour, with greenish hues, Aconcagua Costa single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and austere. Citric aromas of grapefruit laced with notes of passion fruit and subtle hints of herbs are predominant on the nose. This vertical wine feels dry and edgy on the palate, with light mineral notes and a great acidity that gives it nerve and freshness.

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Claret red colour with ruby shimmers. The nose has notes of strawberries, cherries and some blueberries, accompanied by a soft tone reminiscent of mint, cloves, hints of rosemary and pastries. The palate is predominated by red fruits and bitter chocolate.

The Carmenere grapes come from vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. Aging occurred in French Oak barrels for 12 months. Deep violet in colour with aromas of black and red fruits, herbs, roasted red bell pepper, rosemary and dill which are all framed by soft notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. On the palate are notes of nuts, dark cherries and coffee.

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are sourced from our cool-climate vineyards in the Aconcagua Region. a straw-yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose citrus, green apple, guava and fresh herbal notes. The citric notes and green apple and herbal touches dominate the palate.

This blend is comprised of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan grapes. The palate is fresh, lineal, and mineral with delicious notes of red and black fruits that recall black currants and blueberries along with a touch of incense and black pepper to create a very expressive and juicy wine.

Full bodied with smooth, concentrated flavours of ripe fruit including cherries and plums. Notes of dark chocolate in the finish.

This white is a blend of Ortega, Ehrenfelser, Chardonnay and Riesling grapes. Aromas and flavours of apricot, pear, lemon, and melon.

Beautiful ruby colour with purple undertones. The nose is complex with aromas of ripe fruit (plums, cherries) and spices (cardamom, pepper). On the palate, the attack is dense and velvety with well-melted tannins.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

Big opulent black currant, blackberry, fig and raspberry with crushed rock violets, forest floor with a hint of black pepper. The tannins hit the front gums and are chunky with a velvety texture, the acidity is balanced and pushes the black fig and forest floor flavours all the way to the back of the pallet into the long, generous finish.

Our medium-bodied Chardonnay is a bright, fruit-forward wine with tropical fruit, lime and pear essence; complete with balanced acidity. Well-structured with flavours of green apple, a touch of vanilla and toasted oak on the finish.

Flat Top Hills Pinot Noir is bright yet complex with red stone fruit and ripe berry flavors. It has aromas of cherry and a hint of mint. The flavors are a delightful combination of plum, earth notes, cedar and a touch of tobacco on the finish.

Grapes of Garnacha from small plots with low yields are hand-picked and fermented separately in small vats, then transferred into French oak barrels to stay for 6 months to complete its ageing procedure. This opaque purple wine exhibits richness and finesse with layers of blackberry, blueberry and plum notes, mineral, mocha and spice box details edged with dark chocolate, licorice and cracked pepper.

Pronounced bouquet of exotic fruit and wild flower with a touch of honey; dry, balanced, fruity flavour with an attractive lingering after taste of apple and banana.

It has a typical, distinctive and complex bouquet with hints of cherry conserve and vanilla, balsamic, floral and ripe fruit notes. Barbaresco is ruby-red, with a fully developed nose of light vanilla, intense underbrush and violets. On the palate ripe plum, blueberries, violet, hints of licorice, cinnamon and tobacco.
