A wine of integrated character, that culminates in a chocolate finish with underlying woody and toasty hints.

This Chardonnay is made from grapes grown organically. It’s engaging in its yellow colour with golden hues. Its refreshing nose is very citric, with fruity aromas mingling with some light mineral notes. The taste is seductively complex, very fresh, with a well balanced acidity.

This Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown organically. It is appealing in its rich and deep bright red colour, and has a complex and developed nose that is governed by sweet wild fruit aromas, where notes of cherries and berries are enhanced by slight toasty hints. This Pinot definitely has a personality of its own. It’s tasteful, with soft tannins and an excellent structure.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made from grapes grown organically. Young and fresh, bright pale yellow colour with green hints. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and chilling mouth that culminate in a long mineral finish.

Delicious notes of black currant, blackberry and cherry which compliment meals of burgers, pizza and medium-aged cheese.

The grapes come from selected vineyards that grow in the Aconcagua and Maipo Valleys. 70% of the wine was aged in barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic ruby-red colour, with a nose that shows aromas of red fruit such as sour cherries and strawberries intermingled with spicy flavours along with black pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate is juicy with a good level of acidity and friendly tannins that lead to a pleasant finish.

The grapes for our Estate Carmenere were selected from our vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months to achieve round tannins. Deep purplish-red in colour, with an aromatic expression that reflects the varietal balance, offering aromas of nutmeg and red pepper and notes of violets and sweet spices. The palate is intense, with smooth, friendly tannins and pleasing, well-balanced acidity that leads to a pleasingly refreshing finish.

The grapes for our Chardonnay Estate come from our vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. Greenish-yellow in colour, our Estate Chardonnay displays all of the intensity of the fruit obtained this year. Notes of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, and quince predominate over a layer of citrus and lemon blooms, all wrapped in a layer of light toast that adds complexity. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, while a pleasingly creamy texture lingers on its elegant finish.

Pale tawny colour, aromas of almonds, pecans, maple and raisins; sweet raisin pie, caramel, walnut and fig flavours.

The grape varieties used in this Cava are the three Traditional indigenous grapes, Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. Star bright yellow in colour with hints of gold. Elegant floral aromas. Fine mousse.

With a pale lemon hue, this artfully blended wine has rich aromas of mango, lychee, spice and muscatel raisins. The flavours suggest layers of spice and ripe fruit, including sweet grapefruit. The texture is rich and full, with fruit flavours that persist in a long finish.
