This Pauillac blend is comprised of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. The wine is a deep, garnet-hued red. The nose exudes intense black fruit aromas enhanced by notes of vanilla, pepper and mild spice. From a structured and sappy attack, the mid-palate reveals a creamy, satin-smooth body on black fruit and chocolate flavours. Perfectly integrated, smooth and well-rounded tannins linger on a pleasant touch of fruit. Floral and liquorice notes usher in a long and elegant finish.

Deep red colour with crimson highlights. The ample, expressive nose reveals black fruit aromas associated with fine toasted nuances. With aeration, the aromatic palette intensifies, exhaling morello cherry flavours and more gourmand notes of confectionery. The rich, structured attack reveals perfectly ripe fruit. The dense, generous mid-palate combines blackcurrant and licorice aromas highlighted by abundant, remarkably well-crafted tannins. The finish is long and harmonious, underlined by a constant freshness.

This Margaux blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Aging has occurred in French oak (30% new). Aromas & flavours are of fresh, light & perfumed red-fruits, principally redcurrant with a little cassis. Elegant and delicate wine.

Our blending took place on January 6 with Eric Boissenot and the Château team: this vintage is a real revelation! With its subtle aromas of gourmet fruit, this wine embodies the expression and "quintessence" of the Margaux terroir. Precision and elegance come together to reveal an explosion of flavours. Delicate, harmonious tannins envelop the palate, giving way to a long, voluptuous finish. A sumptuous vintage!

Magnificent deep ruby-red colour. Opulent aromatic bouquet dominated by notes of fresh fruit and spices. Full,-bodied, soft, eminently silky, this very elegant wine reveals a superb, dense structure on the palate, very fine tannins and gourmet characteristics of fresh red fruit, currants and noble spices. The finish has great length, ample and harmonious.

A wine that symbolizes concentration, deep purple reflections; bursting with black fruits, exotic spices, roast, hints of cocoa. The marriage of the power of black licorice fineness of the violet is perfectly expressed. Silky tannins dominate their amplitude, suggesting a bright future. Meats simmered rich and powerful like a Provençal daube, time will make this a charming companion to game birds, stews and cheeses.

A blend of Roussane, Grenache Blanc, Clairette and Bourboulenc grapes. Aromas of citrus, thyme, spiced licorice and fennel. Deliciously crisp, round and aromatic with a very fresh finish.

A simple, straight forward and intense wine with aromas of honey, apricot, and flower gardens in full bloom. Sweet but carefully balanced with corresponding acidity.

This Saint-Emilion blend is comprised of 70% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging has taken place for 12 months in French oak. Inky dark in colour with aromas of dark fruit, graphite, oak, lavender, plum and blueberry jam. On the palate black fruit preserves in balance with slight earth notes.

The 2020 Faugeres from Saint Emilion has a deep garnet-purple colour. It requires some patient swirling to unlock scents of tar, forest floor, wet slate, and garrigue, before opening out to a fragrant core of baked plums and boysenberry preserves, with a waft of Indian spices. The full-bodied palate is ripe, concentrated, and fantastically bright, with unbelievable tension and freshness lifting the concentrated flavours, to a very long velvety finish.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot. This release has spent 14 months in casks. Ruby, purple in colour with arms of cassis, dark fruits, tobacco, cedar, and florals.

78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep red colour with purple highlights along the edges. Noticeable aroma of black cherry, licorice and blackcurrant. Silky and fresh! The tannins are well - integrated producing a well balanced, elegant wine.

Full - flavour with dark fruits and earthy notes with a thread of minerality in the finish.

This Saint-Julien blend is comprised of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. Barrel matured for 21 months, 50% of the barrels were new oak. The character of our unique terroir and our technical team’s expertise have allowed this vintage to surpass itself. It boasts both phenolic richness and freshness in the fruit. This is a powerful, creamy, smooth wine. The expressive, aromatic nose opens with black cherry, blackcurrant and liquorice. In the palate, the entry is silky and plump with powerful, velvety tannins. Distinguished and elegant, long aging potential.

This 2020 is a vintage of contrasts, characterized by the estate's smallest harvest in 30 years. So much freshness in the hottest vintage in modern history demonstrates the buffering power of our terroir. The precision of the fruit is revealed with notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant and licorice. The taut tannic structure recalls the greatness of the 2010, with a more unctuous, more amiable mid-palate. A great classic, it can nevertheless be enjoyed more quickly without losing its remarkable amplitude with age. A chiseled, brilliant wine of great purity.

Château Lynch-Bages 2017 has 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. The 2017 vintage with its deep garnet red colour and purplish - blue hues reflect the ripeness of the grape varieties in the blend. It offers a pleasant bouquet and a wonderful freshness, characteristic of the vintage. The attack is supple and rich! The taste profile reveals an array of black and red fruits with a compliment of spicy notes.

Deep, dark colour. Full -bodied with firm tannins and layers of black fruit leading to a long, drawn - out finish.

The 2017 Chateau Mouton Rothschild Premier Cru has one of the highest percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon ever at 90%, with 9% Merlot and 1% Petit Verdot. The wine presents a deep and sustained colour with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant and complex with aromas of wild berries. When aired, notes of pepper, blackcurrant buds and dried flowers bring forth a generous and harmonious aromatic sensation. The attack is fresh, clean and well structured. Fresh fruit flavours are evident in the mid - palate with a dense and fleshy texture. The fine and ripe tannins cover the palate and leave a very long impression. The well - balanced finish confirms a wine full of promise!

Deep, dark colour. Inviting aroma of dark fruits. Medium to full - bodied with layers of dark fruit with balanced acidity. Great mouthfeel with firm tannins and an extended finish.

This Pauillac blend is comprised of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 1% Petit Verdot. This wine is an intense garnet red with a purplish hue. Fresh, highly expressive and precise on the nose, it reveals blackberry, black cherry and liquorice aromas with a slightly mineral cast. It is smooth and opulent on the palate, with an attractive sweetness, enfolding superbly patrician, rounded and powerful tannins. Beautifully rich overall, it culminates in a stylish, succulent and very harmonious finish.

The 2020 colour is a deep, dark cherry red with garnet highlights. The fine, complex nose reveals remarkably mature black fruit aromas. On airing, the wine exhales scents of blackcurrant and anise, combined with notes of graphite and a subtle hint of light tobacco. On the palate, the attack is both suave and fleshy, revealing very precise tannins that accompany a powerful build-up of flavours, in a harmonious, succulent balance with mint, mineral and smoky nuances. The full, exceptionally long finish expresses all the nobility of Mouton's Cabernet Sauvignon.

Deep ruby color. The intense bouquet, emanating blackberries and Morello cherries, intermingles harmoniously with a hint of oak. The attack on the palate is supple and full, with a finish boasting tremendous range for a Bordeaux Supérieur.

Blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43 % Merlot. Medium to full - bodied with noticeable tannins. Red fruit character with a long finish.

The Indian Wells Cabernet is a warm climate, ripe, jammy "New World" style of Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark fruit aromas and flavours with hints of vanilla.

This Merlot offers ripe berry fruit aromas and jammy flavors. This is a full-bodied style of warm climate Merlot with a round, supple finish.

Dark, intense colour. The proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon is historically high, bringing structure and depth. Dense, perfectly ripe tannins provide persistence and fullness. A wine of great aromatic complexity, with notes of blackberry, licorice and blond tobacco, precise, and marked by a fresh, slightly saline finish.

Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and vanilla are accompanied by vibrant, dark berry fruits on the palate. The finish is long with fine-grained tannins from sixteen months maturation in a combination of new and older French oak hogsheads. Although drinking well now this wine may be cellared for up to ten years from vintage.

This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc has notes of plum fruit.

Chocolate Shop marries fine wine and rich, velvety chocolate to create an indulgent wine experience like no other. Inviting aromas of black cherry and dark chocolate entwine and continue on the palate surrounded by hints of cocoa powder. Nuances of red wine and residual sugar linger on the smooth finish.

Opaque purple core with bright reddish purple rim. Syrupy nose, with lots of vanilla, and ripe dark fruit, and some cedar coming in from behind. After a while, I noted some nutmeg aroma. This wine was medium bodied, dry, with supple tannins and silky smooth mouth feel. Dark plum, ripe dark fruit and chocolate with a slightly puckering finish. Medium plus length.

Lush flavours of plum, chocolate and clove mingle with hints of dark berries. Pair this with baked brie, pork belly, ox tail stew, or osso buco.

We invite wine lovers to succumb to the hedonistic allure of gorgeously sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon entwined with Shiraz, and the spiced vanilla of French Oak. A wine with curves where others don’t have places. Uninhibitedly richer, juicier, bigger, bolder – and proud of it.

Clos de los Siete is a blended wine that offers a particularly fine expression of the characteristics of the Malbec grape. On the palate it is direct, opulent, and well-balanced. This wine's generous, full-bodied palate and long finish will appeal to wine lovers year after year.

Array of earthy ripe-plum and herbal aromas. Juicy red fruit on the palate compliments the soft round tanins. Barrel aged 12 mths.  

One whiff and your nose is smacked with an attractive assortment of rich, ripe, jammy red and black fruit aromas with hints of licorice and black pepper mixed in. On the palate it has a velvety smooth texture, with ripe black fruits pepper and hints of earth.

This Pessac-Leognan blend is comprised of 50% Merlot, 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 1% Cabernet Franc. Maturation has occurred in oak barrels (35% new oak) on the lees for 12 months. Aromas of sweet wild berries, rose petals, orange rind, wood smoke and loamy soil. Savoury palate with balanced tannins.

Lots of red and blue fruits with smoky and spicy hints. This medium-bodied wine is pure, round and great balanced. Silky tannins and flavourful finish.

The nose of our Pinot Noir is ripe with plum, aromatic spice and red florals. The palate is focused with a savoury architecture; bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit and spice play with leather and hints of earthiness. Chalky tannins linger on a persistent finish

Pale straw green in colour and enticingly fragrant, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc offers lifted aromas of ripe stone fruit and juicy citrus with underlying notes of blackcurrant leaf and tomato plant spice. The palate is fine yet succulent, with zesty citrus flavours and fresh acidity. There is an appealing plushness about this wine especially as it leads into a lingering and characteristically crisp finish.

Rich and concentrated red fruit aromas with bright red cherry and hints of plum and strawberry. Sweet and well-rounded, luscious red berry flavours lead to a distinctive peppery and slightly dry finish.

Flavours are rich with layered fig paste, plums cassis and blackberry fruit.

Well-structured with firm tannins and ripe dark fruit flavours of blackberry and black current layered with notes of toasty oak and cocoa.

Dark and deep red with violet nuances. Very elegant, complex, great character of pure Carmenere, plumy, red ripe fruit, spicy and black cherries. Great structure, mouth filling, mineral, sweet tannins, graphite, powerful as delicate, with lots of fruit giving a long finish.

Malbec, Merlot, Carmenere, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon make up this red blend. A beautiful ruby red colour, an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha. Full on the palate with silky, balanced and juicy tannins, it is a wine with great volume and a long finish.

Deep ruby red colour with aromas of raspberry, cassis and plum and well incorporated notes of oak. On the palate elegant tannins and good persistence, balanced acidity. Cellaring potential of 5 years.

Conquista Oak Cask Malbec offers plum and dark cherry fruit characteristics with hints of blackberries and blueberries. The lingering finish has silky tannins, great finesse, and layers of vanilla, mocha and spices.

The dark, rich core of the 2015 Continuum has aromas of cacao, black currant, cardamom and savoury wild herb. On the palate it is layered and supple, revealing black cherry and roast espresso notes intertwined with mountain minerals and a hint of tangy orange spice. The wine is lush with ripe chocolatey tannins that lead to a long, expressive finish. 2015, though small in volume, is a mighty vintage for Continuum; one to savour today or age and appreciate for decades to come.

Conundrum Red Blend has a nose that is almost floral, with tones of lavender, dried berries, baking chocolate, bacon bits. Aromas are rich, velvety and wonderfully appealing. Silky round entry with acid to balance and high fruit concentration. The nose leaves no doubt about the seriousness of this wine. The palate is fruit driven both before and after the high tannin middle core. The finish is long, not drying of tannin, and beckons a second sip.

Explore this puzzling wine as rich aromas of honeysuckle escape from the glass, followed by hints of peach, vanilla and citrus notes. On the palate, lush tropical flavours of melon, pineapple and pear are matched with crisp lemon zest and hints of grapefruit. The complexity of this wine is brought into balance by a rich, round mouthfeel supported by fresh acidity, creating a stunning, satisfying finish.

Intense, dark ruby red color. An exquisite aroma displaying classic notes of forest fruit, blackberries, and hints of leather. Wonderfully elegant on the palate, with soft tannins and a lingering finish of fruit and spices that concludes on a toasted bread note.

The color is an intense deep ruby red. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit, wild cherry and dried plums. On the palate is complex, balanced and full-bodied. A touch of sweetness from ripe tannins. Clear notes of ripe fruits and a generous body, combined with a long taste.

Vibrant deep colour with purple hues. Fresh aromatics of dark cherry, plum and dried herbs. The palate is lithe with balanced acidity and rich tannin providing a youthful backbone to the lovely sweet fruited core.

Pale straw colour with green hues. Fresh aromatics of white flowers, jasmine, nectarine and lime. The palate is rich and wonderfully complex with an array of tropical fruits, refreshing acidity and a long chalky finish.

A rich, bold, terroir-driven blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from select micro-blocks. Abundant spice, floral, and dark red fruit aromas, enveloping the palate with dense structure, toasted oak, fine tannins and red plum flavours.

Bright red cherries, cedar and sweet vanilla. This is a juicy, full-bodied wine with plum, raspberry and subtle clove flavours and a persistent finish.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a plethora of fruit characters, plum, blackberry, mulberry, earth, iodine and black olive. Textural tannins that seem to persist in the mouth forever.

Deep purple colour. Aromatic with white chocolate, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon notes. Well - balanced wine with a long, extended finish.

Crimson, red colour. Aromatic with notes of plum, black cherry and chocolate. Flavourful wine with elegant tannins and a long finish.

Intense deep red with purple edge. The bouquet is plump and filled with dark fruits, plums, spice and dried herb. The palate is rich and mouth filling with balanced tannin, cured meats, liquorice and authentically Heathcote.

Dark blue, opaque ruby with violet sparkles, it attracts our senses and arouses our desire. Countryside passion, precise mould, perfect timing, the affinity of such an old tradition that touches our soul and awakens spirit. The fruit of these old mencia vines, mysterious and deep. If Bierzo’s identity lies on the Atlantic influence, the ocean foam at the breaking of waves has bathed with iodine and an excellent fragrance the fruits of wet forests in 2010. Morello cherries, blueberries, strawberries and small wild pears. Sweet, acid and juicy, we can also find traces of exotic coasts: papaya, dragon fruit and lychees. All flavours reach their climax in a voluptuous and lively way, a liquid sustained by the vegetal fibre of complete maturity and fineness given during its wood rest.
