Gray Jay is hand crafted in small batches by a craft distiller in Niagara Falls. With notes of vanilla and caramel, it's sweet, smooth and complex flavour is designed to be approachable.

This whisky is aged for 18 years in barrel, including 10 months in Brandy Casks. Very aromatic with notes of caramel, blueberry compote, raisins, dates and figs.
