Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex handcrafted rum, XO is aged up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and finished in Spanish white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum. This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where a truly unique and unquestionably superior rum is created. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate.

On the nose you'll find a pleasant molasses aroma coupled with some fruit-think ripe cherries and apples. Some oak notes are also found, but in more of a supporting role. The rum is rather elegant on the palate and is neither drying or oily. It's modestly sweet and has a nice tang to it which helps to balance the flavours. The finish also shows more influence of the oak offering up a bittersweet finish.

Nose: Rich spice and brandy butter. Hints of fruitcake and dried apricot. Pepper. Palate: Thick, creamy palate with Christmas pudding, vanilla custard, baked apples and spice. Finish: Medium finish with lingering apricot and spice. Overall: A medium-bodied, spicy brandy from Spain.

Melody Crème Brûlée has flavours and aromas of orange, lemon, cinnamon and caramel.

Crafted from a blend of intense & aromatic rums and finished in deeply charred bourbon casks. The taste is bold and aromatic with notes of gingerbread, lychee and toffee with a long finish.

Golden amber in colour, floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla and a subtle smokiness imparted by the Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is patiently aged.

This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

A very fine blend of Barbados rums, aged for five years in bourbon casks in the Caribbean then refined in old French oak casks at Château de Bonbonnet. Its succulent nose, typical of the Barbados style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge and oaky vanilla.

Dark topaz-coloured, with fine old gold tints. The bouquet is intense with warm hints of spices (cinnamon, vanilla). On the palate it is round and rich in tannins, developing towards a lush and lingering aftertaste, in which the aromatic overtones of the oak are revealed.

Intense, elegant and nuanced aroma. A predominance of toasted, smoky notes enveloped in aromas of cedar. Vanilla, cinnamon, dried fruit and nuts with spiced undertones of oak. Highly complex and well-structured palate, unctuous and rich in tannins. Hints of toasted oak; lingering, concentrated and deep on the finish.

Jaime I is deep, rich and dark amber in colour. It displays a concentrated complex bouquet, with marked overtones of coconut, dried fruits and spices, typical of lengthy ageing. Round and lush, it has the smoothness that characterizes great brandies. Jaime I is complex, majestic, with a lingering finish that leaves a velvety imprint on the palate.
