Don Papa Rum is made using sugar cane grown on the island. Aged for over 7 years in American oak barrels before being charcoal filtered, Don Papa is light and fruity on the nose while smooth and delicate on the palate with flavours of vanilla, honey and candied fruits with a long textured finish.

Expertly crafted using select beans from renowned Fernwood Coffee, every sip unravels the meticulous art of coffee. The cold brew ensures a smooth, rich flavour and hints of vanilla intertwine with the bittersweet tones of the cold brew Imparting a soothing aroma and subtle sweetness.

This sweet and tangy sour cocktail starts with our Agricole Rum from the Caribbean as a sweet, silky bodied spirit and we add fresh lemon juice and triple sec to bring this brilliant cocktail to life.

Amber in color. Aged up to 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels, with a taste profile of mature honey with hints of toasted oak, almond, tropical fruit, nutmeg and vanilla.
